Majors and Minors (master’s programme in Business Administration/International Business Administration)
Students enrolled on the master’s programme in Business Administration have to choose specialisations comprising 80 ECTS credits. These specialisations can either take the form of two majors (two large specialisation with 40 ECTS credits each) or of one major and two minors (small specialisations with 20 ECTS credits each).
Majors consist of two modules comprising 20 ECTS credits each. Therefore, you can take every first major module as a minor.
We currently offer the following majors:
- Controlling I + II (40 ECTS)
- Financial Accounting I + II (40 ECTS)
- Marketing and International Marketing I + II (40 ECTS)
- Organisation and Personnel I + II (40 ECTS)
- Public and Non-Profit Management I + II (40 ECTS)
- Smart Production I or Supply Chain Management I + Smart Production and Supply Chain Management II (40 ECTS)
- Strategic Management I + II (40 ECTS)
- Business Law I + II (40 ECTS)
The following specialisations are available only as minors in the master’s programme in Business Administration:
- Banking and Finance (20 ECTS)
- Economics (20 ECTS)
- Electronic Business (E-Business) (20 ECTS)
- Operations Research (20 ECTS)
- Business Informatics (20 ECTS)
- Economic Sociology (20 ECTS)
Students of the master’s programme in International Business Administration have to choose a minor with an emphasis on business administration. The following minors are available for selection:
- Controlling I (20 ECTS)
- Financial Accounting I (20 ECTS)
- Marketing and International Marketing I (20 ECTS)
- Organisation and Personnel I (20 ECTS)
- Smart Production I or Supply Chain Management I (20 ECTS)
- Strategic Management I (20 ECTS)
