Programme outcomes

Besides knowledge in the core subjects of business administration, students of the master’s programme in International Business Administration gain in-depth management competences from an international perspective.

Another unique feature of this degree programme is the interdisciplinary education with a focus on a chosen cultural area, during which students acquire legal, historical, sociological and cultural competences, as well as business communication competences (in one or two foreign languages).

Fields of activity

A wide range of career opportunities are open to graduates of the bachelor’s degree programme in International Business Administration, both in the private and public sector. On the one hand, the degree programme paves the way for independence. On the other hand, it enables graduates to take up leading positions.

The programme concentrates on management activities in the economic sector, with particular emphasis on linguistic and cultural education.

Personal requirements

The master’s programme in International Business Administration addresses students who have already graduated from a bachelor’s or diploma programme in the field of business and economics. It also addresses graduates of other bachelor’s programmes who have already acquired basic knowledge in business administration and who strive for a job that requires competences in the fields of business and economics, cultural studies and linguistics.
